No, not at all. The week is completely customizable. This is an example of a program that someone else has chosen. You decide in advance with us what suits you, in terms of pace, content and themes.

How are the 1-on-1 sessions structured?


We tailor these to your personal goals and needs. Think of coaching, relaxation, nutritional advice or a body-oriented session. We discuss this in advance and adjust in the meantime if necessary.

Are the sessions suitable for all levels (e.g. yoga or strength training)?

Yes, all sessions are accessible for beginners and adaptable for advanced students. Your level and any limitations are always taken into account.

Can I also indicate specific wishes or allergies?

Absolutely. We take allergies, dietary requirements and preferences into account. Let us know in advance and we will provide suitable alternatives.
