08:30 – 09:30 | Breakfast – scrambled eggs with spinach, feta and olives. Hearty and nutritious
09:30 – 10:30 | Group session Burn-out coaching – we dive into recognizable patterns and habits. Practical, recognizable and to the point
10:30 – 12:00 | 1-on-1 session: ear acupuncture – in short: just resetting. Focused on releasing tension and freeing up energy
12:00 – 13:00 | Free time – take a dip, read a book or just do nothing
13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch – grilled steak, avocado, fresh green salad with olive oil
14:00 – 16:00 | SUP session on the water – nice and active, in the sun, at your own pace. Good for your balance and your mood
16:00 – 17:00 | Personal coaching – 1-on-1 session, tailored to your health check and goals
17:00 – 19:00 | Free time – hop on your bike, take a dip in the pool or just find a nice lounger
19:00 – 20:00 | Dinner – chicken fillet with pesto, courgetti and pine nuts. Light, tasty and just what you need
20:30 – 21:30 | Breathing workshop – practical techniques to calm your mind and prepare your body for a good night's sleep
From 21:30 | Free time – crawl under the covers or enjoy the evening
