Return Policy and Warranty Conditions

At MHC we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our extensive and customer-friendly return policy. Below you will find all the conditions, rules and procedures that apply to returns and guarantees.

1. General Returns Conditions

  • Return period : You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This period starts on the day that you or a third party designated by you has received the goods.
  • Condition of returned products : Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All labels, manuals, and any accessories must be included.
  • Exceptions : Custom-made products, hygiene products such as oils and ointments that have been opened, and digital products such as online courses for which the ticket has already been issued cannot be returned.
  • Packaging : Please ensure your return is packaged properly to prevent damage during transit. Damaged products due to improper packaging may result in a refusal of the return or a reduction in your refund.

2. Return procedure

  1. Registering a return : To register a return, please contact our customer service via mhcstore.scheveningen@gmail.com or by telephone on +31 6 23422252. Please state your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Return Instructions : After approval, you will receive return instructions and a return label from us. Use this label to send the products back to us. Returns without a valid return label will not be processed.
  3. Shipping : You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend sending the package with a track and trace code and keeping the proof of postage until the return has been processed.
  4. Returns Processing : After receiving your return, it will be processed by us within 14 days. If the product is received in good condition, the full purchase price including any shipping costs (for the original delivery) will be refunded via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

3. Warranty conditions

  • Warranty period : All our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use.
  • Warranty conditions : The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, exposure to moisture or other external factors. Normal wear and tear is also not covered by the warranty.
  • Warranty claims : For warranty claims, you must contact our customer service. Make sure you can provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will then assess whether the warranty applies and, if necessary, repair, replace or refund the product.

4. Excluded from Returns and Warranty

  • Gift cards and discount codes : These are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
  • Digital Products : Online courses and downloads for which access has already been granted are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Personalized Products : Items that have been custom made or personalized especially for you cannot be returned.

5. Refund

  • Refund Timeline : Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned products.
  • Refund Method : Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping Costs : Only the original shipping costs will be refunded for full returns. For partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
