Damage conditions

In case of damage to the accommodation during your stay, a fee may be charged. The deposit and any compensation will be communicated in advance and recorded in the booking conditions. If the damage exceeds the deposit, we reserve the right to charge the guest extra costs.

Payments

Payments are made via our website. When booking, you will pay 25%. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than one month before the start date of your retreat. Make sure you bring cash for any additional costs during the retreat.

Smoking : Not allowed in the rooms.

Parties & gatherings : We will organize them.
Quiet hours : From 00:00 to 08:00 we ask for silence.
Pets : Allowed upon request (charges may apply).

What do we arrange for you?

At our health retreats on the Costa Blanca, everything is taken care of, so you can fully focus on relaxation and recovery. Your stay includes all meals, prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be picked up and taken to your accommodation by taxi. During the retreat, you will receive 1-on-1 personal training and massages, take part in yoga classes and guided hikes in nature, and you can paddle board on the water. Everything is aimed at giving you a boost, both physically and mentally.

What else can we arrange for you?

Would you like to arrange something extra besides the retreat? We can also arrange flight tickets, restaurant reservations and tickets for attractions or events for you upon request. Cancellation insurance, travel insurance and any extra drinks and snacks outside of meals are not included. Personal expenses, such as souvenirs or extra activities outside the program, are also at your own expense. Let us know if you need help with anything and we will see what we can do for you.
